Aimex Foods: A Custom B2B Site With Sales Automation Built In
Client: Aimex Foods
Type: Custom corporate website + admin platform
Status: In Progress
The Brief
Aimex Foods is a B2B food importer and distributor. They needed a website that did more than present the company — it had to capture enquiries from prospective buyers and get each one in front of the right salesperson quickly, without anyone manually sorting the inbox. Just as importantly, the owner wanted direct control over incoming leads and content, rather than depending on a developer to make changes.
The Challenge
For a B2B distributor, the website isn't the sale — it's the start of one. The real problem wasn't presentation; it was what happens after someone fills in the contact form:
- Enquiries needed to reach the right sales rep, not sit in a shared inbox
- The owner needed visibility and control over every contact request in one place
- The team needed to publish content to build credibility and organic reach, without touching code
- A template site could have handled the front page. It couldn't handle the workflow underneath it.
What We Built
A fully custom design. No template, no page builder — a bespoke design built specifically for Aimex Foods and how their business actually operates.
An owner's admin panel. A custom admin panel that gives the owner a single place to see and manage every incoming contact request — full visibility over the pipeline, no developer required.
Automated lead routing. Contact requests are automatically distributed among the sales team, so each enquiry reaches an available rep without manual triage. Leads move the moment they arrive, not whenever someone gets to the inbox.
A blog with a CMS. A content management system so the team can publish articles themselves — building credibility and search visibility without a developer in the loop.
How We Approached It
The build followed our standard studio process: a discovery phase to map the lead-handling workflow and the owner's admin needs, design sign-off before any code, then an iterative build against a staging environment with feedback throughout. Senior engineers handled the work end to end — custom design and custom back-end logic, no template underneath and no offshore handoff.
The Stack
Custom design · Custom admin panel · Automated lead-routing logic · Blog CMS
Need more than a brochure site? When the value is in the workflow behind the website — lead handling, admin control, automation — that's squarely what we build.
